With every new job comes paperwork and the last thing you are thinking about is where to get fingerprinted.

Who needs to be printed?
Anyone applying to be an in-home childcare provider through the TrustLine Registry must be Live Scan fingerprinted.

 

What do you need to bring?

• The TrustLine Live Scan Form

• Government-issued photo ID

• Your form of payment

Along with fingerprinting, each applicant needs to complete the TrustLine application, which you can request on-line or by phone.
