Who needs to be finger printed?

Anyone applying to be licensed  as a real estate agent, broker or other real estate license in the State of California must fingerprinted.

What do you need to bring?

• The California Bureau of Real Estate Request for Live Scan form

• Government-issued photo ID

• Your form of payment

What’s Next?

Along with fingerprinting, each applicant needs to complete the appropriate real estate license examination, as well the license application.
